The manager - Irina Galushchak - showed maximum unprofessionalism. In her opinion, it is absolutely not necessary to inform your clients about the required package of documents. Because of her, I had to postpone the flight for 1 day. As a result, I suffered financial losses. She does not admit her mistake at all. This was my first trip with this agency and the last one. →

Found a company online. We went with the class on an excursion to the Museum of Television in Kyiv. Everything went at the highest level. Very nice organisers.
