The manager - Irina Galushchak - showed maximum unprofessionalism. In her opinion, it is absolutely not necessary to inform your clients about the required package of documents. Because of her, I had to postpone the flight for 1 day. As a result, I suffered financial losses. She does not admit her mistake at all. This was my first trip with this agency and the last one. →

Found a company online. We went with the class on an excursion to the Museum of Television in Kyiv. Everything went at the highest level. Very nice organisers. Special thanks to the manager Anna. very nice girl. We agreed with the Director of the school, the bus was organized. Everything on time, no hitches. . After the tour, they called and asked. did you like the tour? Excellent bus, Honest carrier (they returned the forgotten thing :)) This year, we hope to go again with UKRAINIAN TOUR I recommend to everyone!. →

I want to share my impressions about the rest in Sri Lanka. We were looking for a tour for a long time, so that it was inexpensive and the hotel was decent. We contacted the travel agency SunSay Travel last minute tours, they picked up several options for us, we stayed at the EDEN RESORT & SPA 5 * hotel, and although we expected to spend a little less, we were delighted with the hotel and the fact that we were convinced to go to Sri Lanka as the climate and the ocean are simply superb. →

I went with this travel agency on the New Year's tour 2012 "Captured by Turkish Lights". Accompanying Anatoly did everything possible to spoil the mood for all of us and the whole trip as a whole. The drivers did not know the routes and it happened that they circled and circled, called someone and, as a result, arrived later than planned, there was no time left to either put themselves in order, or even have time to visit one or another optional program. →

If you want to spoil your vacation, contact Guru Travel. These are very dishonest people. We bought a tour from them to the Queen'sParkGoynuk hotel, Turkey. At the same time, we first studied the offers of other travel agencies and read all the reviews on this hotel on the Internet. Having read that in bungalows (which are much cheaper) rest is much worse - we drew the attention of the travel agency that we were only interested in hotel rooms. →

I want to share with all my impressions of getting to know the Strike Tour company. I chose a tour to Prague for my mother and daughter for a week. I found a *wonderful* site "Strike Tour" on the Internet. At the first meeting, Irina Onishchenko, the manager, seemed to me an attentive and courteous person. I explained to her that I wanted a hotel close to the center and from the place where the group gathered for the tour, as an elderly woman was traveling. →

Do not buy tours from this company. The organization is terrible, they combine tours in Croatia and Montenegro into one group and throw everything at the 1st guide, who did not work as expected, but seemed to be resting. The hotel is not checked in on time. to. the firm does not transfer money until the last. As a result, the group was abandoned without a leader in the country, without communication and information. →
