Accompanying groups are the most negative element of a tour operator! Prices for tours are affordable, hotels and everything else is good. We rested with Pegasus in September 2012. Very dissatisfied. We were at the hotel at 6-20 in the morning. Settlement at 14-00, but oh well, these are the rules. Yesterday we returned from a tour to St. Petersburg. We booked places (with 100% prepayment) a month in advance, and put us on 3.4, which serve as service for drivers, and they kicked us out to the only available places located AGAINST traffic.
