Many human thanks to the travel agency "Ready-Rest" from our whole family for a wonderful vacation. The place is simply fabulous - palm trees, cypress alleys. On a three-day trip (August 24-26), the vacationers were accompanied by the director of the Dolphin travel agency - Svetlana, I don’t know her last name, because she didn’t introduce herself. Double rooms were declared - instead, you could choose one of the options: check in for four, settle on your own, you can get your money back and do what you want, check in in a private sector, where the toilet is in the garden, and instead of hot water - a summer shower in the same garden . →

They flew to Spain with Tui ... The negative was this: 1. When at the Boryspil airport, she took documents from a representative of the company and asked to make a photocopy of her passport, she refused, referring to the fact that Tui's company does not provide such a service! 2. After an excursion to Barcelona, at half past eleven at night, we were dropped off the bus 2 blocks from the hotel (with three children), and they said: "Walk!". →

I have never seen such a terrible attitude towards their tourists from a travel agency. 24.08.12 my family and I purchased tickets to the TA "Nikolaev Dolphin", director Sergeeva Svetlana Vladistavovna, site https://sites.google.com/site/dolphinmkua/home The cost of a three-day tour to the Western Crimea (Okunevka, Tarkhankut) was 650 UAH per person (accommodation in a 2-bed room, hot water, meals, swimming pool, excursions, and, if desired, a boat trip along Tarkhankut 60 UAH). →

I can say that I am a traveler with "experience". For the first time I went with this company - some praised it. The tour is good, but the guide - Anna Budnikova - is not up to par. A kind and polite girl, but an absolutely timid and helpless creature. She read all the way to us some kind of nonsense with errors and reservations - it would be better if she kept silent. →
