I like the hotel very much, the food is delicious and very cozy. The only thing - it was very difficult to find a hotel - the Chaika area was found quickly, and the hotel was searched for a long time until the manager came down and showed the way. →

Just awful, not a company! Irresponsible, rude, rude! In general, who takes their managers to work? I am very dissatisfied with their attitude! They wanted to buy a tour of Turkey, so they talked boorishly, they offered not what I asked, but what they know! They work only on a primitive site. There is no real choice! went with a young man to rest for the first time in Bulgaria. There are no complaints about the hotel, and he worked out his 3 stars. I want to express HUGE "gratitude" to the carrier, which cooperates with the company "Let's go at once": we returned from Bulgaria in not very good weather, the air temperature was +15, it was colder on the bus than on the street, the driver did not know how to turn on the heating, half a night - they were freezing, it was unrealistic to fall asleep from the cold, and all night the music lovers listened to the chanson. →

Friends, almost a month has passed since our return from the Dominican Republic, but everything seems to be yesterday. I’ll write right away that the hotel that was selected by the agency exceeded all our expectations. GRAN BAHIA PRINCIPE ESMERALDA 5 * is just super, gorgeous beach, huge territory, excellent service. . "ALL" is good in comparison with native hotels, and in the Dominican Republic there are several types of fresh juices, an abundance of seafood, a large selection of meat dishes, and an assortment of alcoholic drinks from rum to French skates and it's all inclusive 24 HOURS We visited a fairy tale, and for all this we want to say thanks to our agency, we are with them we have been serving for 6 years already. →

Well, what can I say - everything was just SUPER! There were, of course, some shortcomings (NOT related to CORAL TRAVEL), rather a big minus just for our HUGE country!!! but all this has already been forgotten and only good impressions and unforgettable emotions remain! I regret only one thing - it's a pity that the first time I flew not with the TEZ Tour! ;) I flew to Egypt several dozen times already, got into various "trouble": late, delays, inconsistencies in hotels, problems with accommodation, rooms, etc. Where there is a human factor - not without it :( but nevertheless, their employees and representatives (even reached the company's management), almost always helped out and came to the rescue, even repeatedly helped people who bought tours from other operators (5 times - 7 with different my friends this happened) 3 months ago, they even provided me with a transfer at the airport, since mine did not arrive, although I did not buy a ticket from them. →
