I read a lot of negative reviews before the trip. Even driving was scary. But there is nowhere to go, you have to go. The bus is good, the air conditioners work fine, even sometimes it was a bit cold. Drivers are professionals. DVD repertoire - Russian comedies. Customs, of course, strained a little, but they themselves are to blame, arguing with customs officers is more expensive for themselves (or rather, longer). →

All documents are perfect! The road to Bulgaria is great (the bus, of course, is good, but normal drivers are good. The hotel is excellent ... it seemed that nothing foreshadowed spoiled impressions! The Go to Holiday partner operator even picked us up from the hotel (but this is us, but tourists from Sozopol were "forgotten" - however, they later remembered and even rushed in a jeep. →

My daughter and I decided last year (2011) to use the services of the Flamingo travel agency in Smela for a long-awaited trip to the fair in Sorochintsy. This is not at all the comfortable bus that we were told about. It was terribly hot (of course there was no air conditioning), I was already afraid to ask about the TV. The girls are wonderful, ethics in everything: from collecting and submitting documents (collecting all the documents at once, as usual, it’s impossible ...) to recommending which train is more convenient to travel, escorting even after the trip (they called back, were interested in impressions and comments). →
