Maybe the travel agency just didn’t properly explain what a bus tour to Bulgaria is. Yes, the bus was not very new, it was delayed on the way there for 5 hours and 6 back. →

We went to Bulgaria with my mother and girlfriend! The decision to rest was made spontaneously and we did not plan where we would go in advance! We turned to a wonderful company "I'll Fly Where I Want". I worked with many travel companies, including large ones, but I liked this one the most! The girls work quickly: they will always find the best offer at the lowest price! We were warned in advance about the pros and cons of holidays in Bulgaria and therefore prepared for the so-called "sides", but were pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the beach) In Sozopol we met a married couple who were also surprised by the pricing policy of the company! We really liked EVERYTHING! Very nice staff. →

This travel agency promised a vacation for 10 days, took full payment, but provided services for rest in a boarding house for 9 days. She refused to refund the difference in payment. The transfer included in the price was not provided, the money for transport services was paid by the vacationers themselves. Unclean, arrogant and disgusting people in this agency. →
