We bought a ticket for 4 people - Turkey, Marmaris, Sun Maris City Hotel, for 7 nights - and in a good mood we went to the Boryspil airport at the appointed time. The child was sent through the travel agency Almaris (Odessa) to a children's camp in Bulgaria. We booked in advance (min. 2 weeks in advance), signed an agreement with the Supersnab camp (Balchik), paid for everything ... And upon arrival it turned out that there were NO PLACES in the camp! As a result, the child was placed in a neighboring camp - with worse conditions, much further from the sea, cheaper (but they are not going to refund the difference). →

This company, or rather its director, was advised to us by friends, who said that for 4 years they have been "flying" only with Victoria. the girl is really very nice in communication and most importantly - a professional in her field. We bought a tour to Turkey on 02.07 for our family. We were immediately told all the pros and cons of the hotel that we chose ourselves on the Internet (Ruby wanted) and offered options at the same price but hotels in another region (Kemer). For 9 days of rest, every day I watched the confused faces of people who had just arrived and "walked" around the hotel, waiting for the settlement. Sometimes it was until 16-17 hours. →
