Do not contact this firm. In civilized countries, such firms go bankrupt. The child took part in the campaign and won a ticket to Poland. Travel agency operator Svetlana Okhrimenko postponed the date of departure from June 2012 to July 2012 (the bus allegedly broke down). When, after the next paperwork and the next throwing away of money, we contacted THIS travel agency, we were told that there would be no trip and offered to go to Montenegro. →

I went on the Alpine Mix tour on 07/07/2012 the bus was very good, all the way without breakdowns, the tour was excellent, the hotels were super, the food was good, in general everything would be fine, only on the way there across the border we were not allowed one driver (problems with a visa - ended) and we stood at the border for 5 hours, but that's not all, the second driver got on our bus only in Budapest, and it so happened that one driver was driving all night, and for safety reasons for transporting passengers - they should be changed every 3 hours. →

Good afternoon, we have been traveling with this tour operator for a very long time, we have always been satisfied! Just returned from Croatia (bus tour "Croatian Paradise"), got a lot of pleasure from the rest and organization of the tour. We lived in a two-star hotel Delfin, meals were two times a day, but this was enough. There was always a varied menu, fruits were constantly given, both fish and meat were present! The rooms were cleaned regularly and the staff was very friendly. →

due to the fault of the travel agency, instead of the scheduled departure from Tivat on 10.07 (the rest was from 01.07 to 10.07), we were confronted with the fact on the day of departure that there would be no flight, the next flight allegedly on 14.07. no one wants to talk to us tel. horror. people do not mess with this travel agency and the air carrier horse. →

In early May, we purchased a 12-day tour for 6 people (2 families) to Montenegro from the Turmenyu travel agency from 07/10 to 07/22/2012 using the early booking system. Received 08.07 vouchers, insurance, route sheets. On July 9, we packed our bags, and at about 10 pm our agent calls and informs us that the flight to Tivat is canceled for tomorrow! We are from Kiev, and our friends at that time were traveling to Kyiv airport by train. →

Already on the way to the hotel, I found out that instead of the promised Midia Grand Resert 4 * hotel, they were taking it to a completely different place - like that hotel was not ready. How does Elita-Tour know how to fill people's eyes beautifully - how did I buy into all their barking. If at least they settled in a hotel of the same level, and so - instead of 4 * it was 3 *, there were no "2 BIGGEST POOLS IN THE BALKANS - 2400 sq. →

If you decide to go to Bulgaria - I do not advise you to choose the company Algol. As for the rest and conditions in the hotel - everything was great, but the buses in this company are really faulty and often break! We did not have time to leave Lviv, as the bus on the way to Stryj broke down. Passengers pushed the bus to start. Fortunately, the company called a mechanic and somehow we left. →

I wanted to buy air tickets Kharkiv-Dalaman-Kharkiv with a transfer in Istanbul. I asked a woman in the CAM travel agency how much a flight for 1 person would cost and which airline provides this flight. I was kindly advised that for the selected dates there are literally a couple of tickets (although we are talking about tickets for September, but I came to order in July) of the Pegasus airline at a price of $ 438 for 1 round trip ticket. →
