For the first time, I sent my wife, daughter, and mother-in-law alone to rest in Italy (I was unable to go due to work employment). They were very worried, and so was I. We bought a tour to St. Petersburg from this tour operator, in addition to booking a tour a month in advance, but they put us in seats in the last row where the seats do not fold out, and upon filing a claim by phone, they lied that these were the first rows on the second floor of the bus - nothing of the kind, the last "non-folding" row was. But the worst thing is that they settled not in the indicated hotel, but in a much worse one (they checked the prices - and the hotel was one and a half times cheaper and instead of the standard they settled in a creepy-looking economy), and they didn’t even warn about it. →

It so happened that I decided to book a tour to Bodrum in the travel agency Fly away. Why? Yes, it was very close to work. It turned out that he guessed. Firstly: the price of the tour was offered lower than in another agency, whose services have been constantly used for 6 years. Secondly, during the vacation, my wife had health problems, in which the manager of the Uletai agency took a very active part in solving them. →

Bought a two-week tour of Crete at the Premier Cruise Agency. Since this was our honeymoon, we were very worried that everything would work out: with visas, with the organization, with the rest as a whole. And indeed the holiday seemed bright and rich in positive impressions: the hotel is small and quiet by the sea (SEA FRONT 3 *). We were accommodated immediately upon arrival, although we arrived in the morning. →

There was an attempt to purchase a package tour. However, the quality of service of the manager of this company, to put it mildly, leaves much to be desired. It seems that the subject, as they say, condescends to the consumer. Naturally, the desire to cooperate with this company was gone. I do not advise you to go there even for the usual advice, which will not be provided. →

When we made out the contract for the tour, we agreed on eleven nights and the departure from Egypt was supposed to be at 19.00, and when they came to pick up the tickets, the departure time changed to 8.10 and we had to leave the hotel at 4.35, we didn’t even sleep the night. It was very inconvenient and unpleasant! We flew with the Wind Rose. But everyone else is satisfied: the hotel was advised a good one, met and seen off with comfort. →

Tour operator JOINUP (Lutsk) is a real "professional". We chose a hotel, paid on 14.06. Imagine our condition after 27 hours on the bus with 2 children, we arrive at the hotel, but we are not on the list of arrivals. The reason is the cancellation of the reservation on the day of arrival (26.06). Absurdity! Expensive calls to Ukraine begin, the hotel contacts the Bulgarian tour operator, the Ukrainians "blame" on the Bulgarians, those on the Ukrainians. →
