28. 06.2012-01.07.2012 the firm "Ocean-tour" Lviv organized for us a corporate tour "Ivano-Frankivsk-Prague-Dresden-Ivano-Frankivsk". The excursions were very interesting, the overnight stay in Prague at the JUNA hotel was worth the money. The representative of the travel agency Natalia tried her best and was on top. But in this huge barrel of honey, the company "Ocean-tour" could not but spoil. →

PE "ELITA-TOUR" has a negligent attitude towards their work and children, no organization, they provide false information to questions - they just lie. Documents are drawn up in violation of the law. Everything that is written on the site about the International Camp based on "Midia Grand Resert 4 *" should be divided by 10. The only good thing is that it is new. →

I didn't know that in Anthracite there is such a wonderful travel agency Continent-Anthracite. I was served in Donetsk, but Luhansk was an extreme case, and I was extremely surprised that the director and manager were constantly in touch from departure to return home and she sometimes solved problems that were beyond her control. Believe me, I know what I’m talking about for the entire period of my trips, I changed 8 agencies, and only from them I went 4 times in a row only for their tour selection. →

A month before the start of the tour, we booked a hotel and paid money. Throughout the month, my brains hovered that the tour in Turtes to LTI Mahdia Beach was booked and vouchers, air tickets and an insurance contract would be from day to day. On the eve of departure, this dishonorable and deceitful ..... reports that the tour is not confirmed, although our vacation has begun and the suitcases are packed. →

We bought a ticket to the international children's camp Midia Grand in the Elite tour. And the children were brought to an ordinary hotel where there are no circles, no animators and the beach is 0.5 km away!!! The poor kids, some from the bus, some from the air, sat on their suitcases until the night until the Great Director decided where to put them (which she should have done in advance !!!) Parents, take the money and buy tours from other rock tour operators, it’s not too late, if not Do you want to ruin your kids' vacation? Midia Grand is full and there are no places there!!!! And Tatyana hides everything. →

Two months before departure, we booked and paid for the children's camp "Midia Grand Resert" (4 Stars) in Bulgaria for 9-year-old children (18 people). An hour and a half before departure at the airport, an employee of the Travel Agency announced the change of the children's camp to a terrible hotel of the lowest category. Instead of cool animation, first-class food, 24th medicine, a good beach and communication with foreign children, children received a bedbug - "Sarafovo Plaza". →

Hello beloved "Chocolate Tour". Thank you so much for the gift of the story. You are the only firm that truly works for the client. The organization was at the highest level! I liked absolutely everything. All the excursions according to the program were (and don’t believe what they write supposedly had to pay extra for something (someone wrote about the Amber Room) all this is complete nonsense !!!) and additional excursions were everything (the prices for them were the same as they said during the purchase of the tour, no more). →
