I would like to express my gratitude to the travel agency "Santa Cruz" !!! This time we rested together at the Marti Myra hotel in early October. Oh well, I liked it. The hotel is wonderful. The food is very varied, everything is delicious, exquisite, both in the main restaurant and in the themed ones (I especially liked the French and Turkish cuisine). →

I want to thank the travel agency "Anywhere" in Sevastopol for their help in acquiring an excellent tour to the beautiful country of Turkey. Everything was just top notch. There was not much money for the rest, but I really wanted to go on vacation. And so we all the same decided, went around a lot of agencies and still chose this agency, looked for a very long time, searched and still chose. →

Together with friends, we decided to go on a tour of Germany, France, Belgium. In mid-April, they handed over money and documents. On June 9, the trip was supposed to take place, but it was canceled, the company offered to go on a different route. We decided to agree, especially since train tickets were disappearing. But this tour was also canceled, we had to return tickets and lose money. →

Good afternoon! We traveled by bus with the Sakums travel agency to Italy. Departure - 23.04.2012. And I decided to make some notes and wishes to those who are just planning or are already going to go on such a tour. The most important thing is that our trip was successful in everything - a wonderful accompanying Katerina Baghdasaryan (everything was thought out on her part, responsible), a very comfortable bus and professional drivers (even now I remember their names - Robert and Valery Panov), a thoughtful interesting route (nothing extra, there is no overpayment anywhere, and after the end of the tour, my husband and I didn’t say “this was superfluous, you didn’t have to pay here or the like”), a good warm team of vacationers (our tour fell on school spring break, and with us in the group it was about 22 children from 8 to 15. →

I want to express my gratitude to the travel company "Ukrainian Tour" for the excellent tour to Pochaev. My friends and I have long wanted to go to the Pochaev Lavra, but there were 15 of us and everyone has their own opinion about which company to go through. When discussing travel agencies, we found out that through the “Ukrainian Tour”, several of our friends had already gone on an excursion to Chernobyl and were very pleased with the organization, prices and professionalism of the travel agency. →

I want to leave a review about the work of the company that sent us to rest this summer. I'll start over. The trip was planned, as usual, in an emergency. Initially, there was a certainty that Turkey would be the country and the rest period was 10-14 days (I was taking my daughter 8 years old to rest, the flight should not be long and the sea should already be warm, therefore Bulgaria and Egypt were immediately rejected). →

I hasten to share my emotions! Thanks to the tourism manager of PE "A-Star" Olga Ivashina!!! Thanks to her professionalism and individual approach to the client, we, "budget" clients, still got out of Ukraine. Olya searched for a long time and found us a tour that satisfies our abilities and all our needs, we saw what we had only seen in pictures before: Vienna, Ljubljana, Venice, Verona, etc. →

The organization of the trip is disgusting (I had to run around to print documents myself on the day of departure - it's a nightmare !!!) Moscow partners - the host side is careless, undisciplined (the guide-escort was late for about 40 minutes !, the planned paid excursion did not take place!) The living conditions did not fully correspond to the promised ones (the RAMN *** hotel - a barn, a pigsty, the rudeness of the staff is simply amazing !!!) I DO NOT ADVISE TO CONTACT THE "Imagin Travel" travel agency Iskrovskaya, 18. →

It's hard enough to surprise me. For the first time I was satisfied with the rest in the Crimea. Very serious and unpleasant problems that arose due to the fault of the sanatorium were so promptly and professionally resolved by the staff of the Zeya-Kurort travel agency, which is extremely rare in our country.
