The organization of the trip is disgusting (I had to run around to print documents myself on the day of departure - it's a nightmare !!!) Moscow partners - the host side is careless, undisciplined (the guide-escort was late for about 40 minutes !, the planned paid excursion did not take place!) The living conditions did not fully correspond to the promised ones (the RAMN *** hotel - a barn, a pigsty, the rudeness of the staff is simply amazing !!!) I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THE SERVICES OF THIS TRAVEL COMPANY!!!! We rested in June at the SUNRISE GARDEN BEACH Hurghada. Departure was supposed to be initially at 13.00 moved to 15.00. We flew in, they took the one we needed to the hotel, the guide led us to the front door, turned around and left. We settled ourselves with the help of a girl who is responsible for the guests (not a guide). →

I read negative reviews and did not believe it, because I went through this company many times and everything was fine. But now I am convinced that much of what they write is true. I chose a tour and a date for myself, and when I saw a discount on it, I immediately (in the morning) made an order through the operator. It was Thursday. Until Monday, for some reason, there was silence, and on Monday they answered that the order was not confirmed because there were no places. →

Good day to all! 06/03/12 our large group went on a tour of several European countries, visited Hungary, Slovenia, Italy, San Marino. The leader of our group was a very young girl Anna Veselova, and the drivers were Mikhail and Ivan. There is not a single comment about the work of these people - real pros, correct, sincere, cheerful, not a single delay in checking into hotels, assistance, including physical assistance from drivers, and Anna simply amazed with her knowledge of everything that tourists asked her about . →

This office constantly misinformed me, namely: 1) the cost of the tour that intrigued me on the website is 170 euros - actually 190; 2) the cost for issuing a visa on the site is 35 euros - in fact 55; 3) the tour program turned out to be completely different from the one on the site, but what is more striking is that I saw the program only after I paid the deposit!!!!; 4) I had to call Olga, an employee of the office, several times a day, since she called me very rarely, clarified the information that I requested for half a day! 5) but the last straw and the reason that I took the deposit was the fact that I received an email with the following content: I inform you officially that the language is from Euro 2012, at the moment the Consulate of the Republic of Poland, does not accept documents for a visa on July 14, 2012. →

Since we had the experience of a well-organized group vacation by the Premier Cruise travel company in early May on the route Dresden-Prague-Vienna and in late May to Turkey (Kemer), the choice of travel agency was automatic.
