06/23/2012 in Kharkiv, for a transfer to Bulgaria, the News Travel company filed a pretty shabby bus for boarding. After the departure of the bus, it was stated that the air conditioning was not working. Despite complaints and even "threats", the bus was not replaced or repaired. 36 hours in the "heat" accompanied by films in Bulgarian. I do not recommend SUCH TRIPS WITH NEWS TRAVEL to anyone. →

in 2011, through this operator, they flew to the Balkans from Kyiv. Of course, the tour is cool for 5 and 6 nights (Montenegro-Croatia), plus excursions in each country, everything is free in cost. (Tour price is 827 euros per person). Meals breakfast and dinner, the hotels of this operator are worthy, both in Croatia and in Montenegro, some of the best in resorts, but in Croatia I was struck by a boorish guide (a certain Helena Tomashevich), who directly insulted tourists at the Astarea hotel. →

My husband and I were vacationing in June 2011 in Turkey at the May Garden Hotel 4 * in Alanya, we liked everything. My wife and I took a seven-day tour to St. Petersburg for white nights. I will say right away - in terms of the ratio of quality to price, the trip exceeded expectations. If you plan an independent trip (which we did at the beginning), then you have to take care of many components of a good holiday - travel (flight), accommodation, excursions. If you go for the first time - it's better not to risk it (as we did). →

And it was at the request of our Rivne tour operator to fill up the freon, these wise guys from Delta Travel said that it would be fine anyway! three "three places on the ground floor in the service compartment - where the plan is a kitchen with a washbasin and other bells and whistles and with 3 seats that do not fold out, shoulder in shoulder, and a table under your nose and with the same neighborhood opposite! The day before yesterday I returned from the Alpine Mix tour. In quiet horror, to be honest. And although we can be considered lucky - visas were opened and the tour program was not changed, thanks to the leader of the group - Alexandra Polozova - the trip was, to put it mildly, difficult. This careless irresponsible girl managed to ruin everything she could: incorrectly assigned places and times of departures, gave incorrect information, made stops for 40 minutes in places without toilets, was rude, blamed the group for everything, and at the end simply charmingly ended our tour with the words: " I close the bus near the railway station in Lviv and will not let anyone out until one more person gives me a feedback form" :) even headphones with the loudest music saved, the journey in places was very similar to torture. →

Used this travel agency for the second year in a row and very satisfied! Last year, a not very conscientious tour operator (“Alf”) was caught, but everyone in the travel agency tried their best and everything turned out well. This year Alma Tour was the tour operator and everything went like clockwork: we found a suitable ticket very quickly, got a visa very quickly, clearly docked with a passing bus, everything was done at the highest level! Recomend for everybody!. →

Dear tourists! ELENTUR are REAL SCAMMERS!! Already 14 statements have been written to the police against its director Fesenko Tatyana Yaroslavovna. She takes the money for the tour, issues fake confirmation vouchers and disappears with the money, does not answer the phone. This is a real scam. →

I would like to express my gratitude to the travel agency "Santa Cruz" !!! This time we rested together at the Marti Myra hotel in early October. Oh well, I liked it. The hotel is wonderful. The food is very varied, everything is delicious, exquisite, both in the main restaurant and in the themed ones (I especially liked the French and Turkish cuisine). →

There was not much money for the rest, but I really wanted to go on vacation.
