I chose a tour and a date for myself, and when I saw a discount on it, I immediately (in the morning) made an order through the operator. It was Thursday. Good day to all! 06/03/12 our large group went on a tour of several European countries, visited Hungary, Slovenia, Italy, San Marino. The leader of our group was a very young girl Anna Veselova, and the drivers were Mikhail and Ivan. There is not a single comment about the work of these people - real pros, correct, sincere, cheerful, not a single delay in checking into hotels, assistance, including physical assistance from drivers, and Anna simply amazed with her knowledge of everything that tourists asked her about . →

This office constantly misinformed me, namely: 1) the cost of the tour that intrigued me on the website is 170 euros - actually 190; 2) the cost for issuing a visa on the site is 35 euros - in fact 55; 3) the tour program turned out to be completely different from the one on the site, but what is more striking is that I saw the program only after I paid the deposit!!!!; 4) I had to call Olga, an employee of the office, several times a day, since she called me very rarely, clarified the information that I requested for half a day! 5) but the last straw and the reason that I took the deposit was the fact that I received an email with the following content: I inform you officially that the language is from Euro 2012, at the moment the Consulate of the Republic of Poland, does not accept documents for a visa on July 14, 2012. →

A couple of days later they called - the group did not pick up. "What to do?" we ask. "Your trip is postponed to next Sunday," was the reply. The answer was a man who did not introduce himself.
