The worst agency I have ever worked with. Designed for "maybe it will pass" !!! We traveled half the world and have never seen such an attitude where they communicate with you politely, but do not fulfill anything promised! Very disappointed with the attitude of the staff! The hotel is HORRIBLE !!!! Stink, bugs, dirt , blood on the walls!!!! We contacted the management within three days to achieve at least some kind of justice! Nothing but promises! They didn’t even deign to call us back, but they didn’t forget to interrupt us every word when we called and asked to change our hotel. →

The classic scheme for earning unflattering balls. How can you face the fact that there are no visas half an hour before departure for the tour???? At the same time, there is no refusal from the embassy either! The documents were returned after 10 days, the money has not yet been returned. The documents entered the embassy on May 8, and on May 16 we received information that there were no visas, sorry, no solution to the issue . →

I’ll note right away that you should never go abroad for the holidays, there are a lot of people, they stood at customs for 6 hours. Then a very long night crossing -1280 km from Vienna to Paris. I studied forums, correspondence, reviews for a very long time (probably, like many beginners), and thanks to many good words about the company and the guide, I chose a trip with Ilya on May 13-25, 2012. What can I say: I went to Norway, but also discovered stunning Stockholm, charming Sigunna, amazing fjords, charming Malmö, SUNNY Bergen! All impressions of the trip merged into one word - amazing!!!
