The first trip left me with a lot of positive emotions and not a single comment, which cannot be said about the second trip. I agree with the opinions of many tourists that almost 80% of the success of the tour depends on the leader of the group. →

Nowadays, buying a tour through a travel agency is a lottery. We were lucky. My husband and I decided to visit the wonderful country of Great Britain. We did not have Schengen, although there are a lot of visas from other countries. In the travel agency "Saga" we were immediately told that the issue with the visa would be resolved in the ratio of 50 to 50 and they did not give any guarantees. →

From that moment on, the accompanying guide from the Anex tour began to "load" tourists, how bad it would be for them if they did not buy excursions from a hotel guide: how they would be forgotten on some distant excursion, drowned in rafting, how they would have an accident and crash, and they will die, and no one will help them, and all in the same spirit throughout the trip, the tourists heard nothing more than horror stories and threats. →

I leafed through all the reviews about the tour company and somehow I was even surprised .. Anything, of course, happens. But I didn’t think that so much negativity happens with the Accord ... We rested as a family 3 times with Accord. These were bus tours. The first covered the countries of the Czech Republic, Germany and Poland. The second Austria, Hungary and Italy. →

My wife and I issued a ticket to Ethno Tour in March (a gift to my wife by March 8) by Early Booking from 09/06 for 10 days. Firstly, the head of the group Olga Zhuravleva. Dear "Accord-Tour", what did Olga Zhuravleva do wrong to you, that you severely punished her by sending a group of tourists to accompany you? And what was the fault of more than 30 people who ended up in a group led by this girl? Olga, as the leader of the group, is absolutely incompetent, indifferent and uncommunicative. →

I went on tour with Accord. I'm delighted, this is Rome! Thank God she came back alive. We were given a broken bus that constantly broke down, every day, we either sat in the field for an hour, then once for 5 hours we waited for another bus to pick us up, and small daily half-hour breakdowns every 100 km are the norm. + to everything in the 35 degree heat, the air conditioner did not work, we just cooked on the bus and going outside at 35 degrees was cool for us. →

06/23/2012 in Kharkiv, for a transfer to Bulgaria, the News Travel company filed a pretty shabby bus for boarding. After the departure of the bus, it was stated that the air conditioning was not working. Despite complaints and even "threats", the bus was not replaced or repaired. 36 hours in the "heat" accompanied by films in Bulgarian. I do not recommend SUCH TRIPS WITH NEWS TRAVEL to anyone. →

in 2011, through this operator, they flew to the Balkans from Kyiv. Of course, the tour is cool for 5 and 6 nights (Montenegro-Croatia), plus excursions in each country, everything is free in cost. (Tour price is 827 euros per person). Meals breakfast and dinner, the hotels of this operator are worthy, both in Croatia and in Montenegro, some of the best in resorts, but in Croatia I was struck by a boorish guide (a certain Helena Tomashevich), who directly insulted tourists at the Astarea hotel. →
