Good day to all! With the help of Christopher Tours (Roman Prosyannik), in March 2012, I received a tourist visa to the UK. The situation was not simple - I did not have a single "Schengen", 35 years old, not married, with a child. But I got a visa, I think that only thanks to the efforts of Roman. Thank you very much, I highly recommend his services. →

Two months before departure, we booked and paid for the children's camp "Midia Grand Resert" (4 Stars) in Bulgaria for 9-year-old children (18 people). An hour and a half before departure at the airport, an employee of the Travel Agency announced the change of the children's camp to a terrible hotel of the lowest category. Instead of cool animation, first-class food, 24th medicine, a good beach and communication with foreign children, children received a bedbug - "Sarafovo Plaza". →

Hello beloved "Chocolate Tour". Thank you so much for the gift of the story. You are the only firm that truly works for the client. The organization was at the highest level! I liked absolutely everything. All the excursions according to the program were (and don’t believe what they write supposedly had to pay extra for something (someone wrote about the Amber Room) all this is complete nonsense !!!) and additional excursions were everything (the prices for them were the same as they said during the purchase of the tour, no more). →

b / o (more precisely, the place where the Russian navy serves) is very picturesque and clean. The only inconvenience is that you can’t always leave the base (for example, to a kiosk or cafe ... everything is closed and you have to wait half an hour for a sailor to come and open you get a gate (the same thing on the way back to the house or tent)! it seems that you are also "serving" and under arrest (( provides vouchers to Batiliman "Fortune Tour" "fortune tour" as a travel agency - unorganized, zero responsibility !!!, the concept of "customer focus" is completely unknown to the employees of this travel agency . →

First time in Turkey. Before that, there were 2 times in Egypt. We asked the girls at the travel agency for a hotel with a large territory, good food, and that the sea was clean. Of the proposed options, we chose "Crystal Flora" in Kemer, Beldibi village. Everything was just great. only a small minus is the entry into the sea with stones. And it was so fun and awesome! Victoria, now to you for a ticket to Thailand!. →

We first got into "I'll Be Everywhere" in February 2009, we were looking for a tour to Egypt. The tour was picked up by the manager Marina, a very nice girl. It was evident that she wanted to please and was very worried that we would like everything (most likely, then she was only an intern). In March, we were already in the selected hotel in Egypt and were satisfied. →

I will describe only the facts: We had a collective trip - 50 people paid for 10 days - lived 9. No one had medical insurance. Now about the drivers and the bus. The company has 2 permanent drivers and they go to Bulgaria nonstop every 3 days. Some are brought to Rovno from Bulgaria and after 2 hours (!) they go back. We were promised a new modern bus - Neoplan arrived with broken seats and narrow aisles and lack of air conditioning (they seers saved gasoline). →

Traveled with "Accord" in the tour "Paris at a glance" 16. 06. 2012-23. 06. 2012 I use the services of this company for the second time. The first trip left me with a lot of positive emotions and not a single comment, which cannot be said about the second trip. I agree with the opinions of many tourists that almost 80% of the success of the tour depends on the leader of the group. →

Nowadays, buying a tour through a travel agency is a lottery. We were lucky. My husband and I decided to visit the wonderful country of Great Britain. We did not have Schengen, although there are a lot of visas from other countries. In the travel agency "Saga" we were immediately told that the issue with the visa would be resolved in the ratio of 50 to 50 and they did not give any guarantees. →

Met at the airport, put into a minibus, went to Kemer. . . From that moment on, the accompanying guide from the Anex tour began to "load" tourists, how bad it would be for them if they did not buy excursions from a hotel guide: how they would be forgotten on some distant excursion, drowned in rafting, how they would have an accident and crash, and they will die, and no one will help them, and all in the same spirit throughout the trip, the tourists heard nothing more than horror stories and threats. →
