Our manager Natasha is just gold. She always honestly talks about the good or bad in every hotel. Constantly sends requests with our wishes. Always makes a discount. The last time the company transferred us from 17:00 to 04:30, stealing a day at sea, but they tracked the flights and 2 days before departure was able to transfer us to 19:00. →
