The girl from this agency helped us a lot, She solved the issue for us in the last day. We just spontaneously decided to go. They almost wanted to fly away "today", but flew away "tomorrow". We bought an all-inclusive package 5 * 1-line, and settled in a completely different hotel on 2 lines, smelly, old, dirty, not meeting any sanitary standards. They did not respond to requests for resettlement, they threatened . →
