10/13/2019 19.15 - they were supposed to fly to Sharm al-Sheikh, as a result, the flight was delayed at Boryspil airport. There are a lot of people on this flight. As a result, registration was launched only at 01.55 at night. Departure should be at 3.00. But we are still waiting for the flight. People are tired, children are hungry and want to sleep. →

Tour to Germany we paid for 3 months. It didn't take place. "Accord-tour" offered a slightly more expensive replacement with the Netherlands. We chose within half an hour and before our eyes (in half an hour) the cost of the tour increased by 50 Euros. We called, were indignant, we reduced the cost to the original. First disappointment: TERMINAL-A. If not for the positive emotions from the upcoming trip, it could be described as follows: a bus station with a queue of 40 minutes for a coffee / sandwich and 15-20 (!!!) minutes to go to the toilet. →

I went with Accord for the second time and only because I liked the program of the tour to Paris, which was canceled for no reason a few days before departure! No one compensated for the cost of tickets, the booked hotel and the lost vacation, at least with an apology. Rebooked for a tour to Italy, refused to return the difference in price. Terminal A: flea market, 1 toilet for several thousand people, rudeness of an Accord worker. →

This is my first time traveling by bus. The three of us went to the Prague "déjà vu + Vienna". The overall impression is not bad: reasonable prices, free transfer to and from terminal A, free excursions in the tour price, sockets in the bus, ... The ARKO hotel in Prague was very good, very clean white bed linen and towels, a good breakfast . →

We rested in Egypt, the Coral Sea Waterworld hotel in early June, we liked everything very much: service, food, sea (just for our children - shallow with a sandy sunset), beach, water park, hotel territory.
