I went with Accord for the second time and only because I liked the program of the tour to Paris, which was canceled for no reason a few days before departure! No one compensated for the cost of tickets, the booked hotel and the lost vacation, at least with an apology. Rebooked for a tour to Italy, refused to return the difference in price. Terminal A: flea market, 1 toilet for several thousand people, rudeness of an Accord worker. →

This is my first time traveling by bus. The three of us went to the Prague "déjà vu + Vienna". The overall impression is not bad: reasonable prices, free transfer to and from terminal A, free excursions in the tour price, sockets in the bus, ... The ARKO hotel in Prague was very good, very clean white bed linen and towels, a good breakfast . →

The girl from this agency helped us a lot, She solved the issue for us in the last day. We just spontaneously decided to go. They almost wanted to fly away "today", but flew away "tomorrow".
