I want to once again express my gratitude to the Accord Tour company and write in more detail. Last year I went with Accord, and the tour took place. Not ideal, of course - starting with the terrible crowd at Terminal A, and ending with the girl guide, who often stupidly froze, slurred about the place and time of the group gathering, which caused confusion. →

We booked a tour in Accord, paid for everything, signed the contract. A week later, it was canceled (we were already ready, so we didn’t buy tickets to Lviv much in advance). They moved it to another date, they warned everyone at work, I booked a hotel, bought tickets ... and then in 1 DAY !!!!! IT IS CANCELLED AND ANOTHER IS OFFERED WHICH IS MORE EXPENSIVE, ALTHOUGH OUR TOUR WAS ALREADY GUARANTEED! The manager tells us this is the first time, but only the second time they cancel us. →

Chose a ticket, not a travel agency. Liked: good transfer; excursion, did not regret it, although in Turkish agencies they offer cheaper, I honestly liked it. From the disliked: they delayed the issuance of documents for a ticket - we are already leaving, but they cannot deal with the travel agency. Not very truthful information about the hotel, it seemed that the hotel was not checked at all for the accuracy of the information. →

Everything more than suited us when choosing a tour, we liked the quality of their work. We had a tour operator TUI, we had a good impression of him, everything was in order with the transfer. The only negative was that the information about excursions did not correspond to reality, half of what the representative of the tour operator (guide) told was not there. →

I liked everything in the work of the agency, everything was fast and without problems. I did not like the SKY UP carrier, as not everyone received their luggage, incl. our umbrella was lost, but we did not wait for it, and other people lost their main luggage, and there were about 15 of them. →
