Questions were only to the hotel. Excursions from the tour operator - there are a lot of comments and questions. They promised a tour until 8 pm, and got to the hotel only at half past 10. →

The deception started from the very beginning. The tour was paid for in mid-July. The documents were received on August 5, 2 days before the tour. And it turned out that the bus from Lviv leaves not in the morning, but at 17-30. Tickets for 5 people have been bought, the hostel has been booked with a 50% prepayment. Train from another city arrived for the morning departure. →

Choosing this company based on the reviews of my friends, my sister, and I traveled on tours of this company twice, I liked everything! Going on a bus tour to Norway for 10 days, although the trip was quite expensive, but I liked everything: the program, Norway itself, the group leader ... maybe a little old was the bus, but it did not hurt to enjoy the tour! After such a trip, after a few months of buying a tour to Portugal, so it remains to earn extra money for optional excursions, and ready for new weights!. →

On the way back, due to a delay, we were generally moved to another hotel while we were waiting. We used one tour, although many were offered, and we really liked it. Not pleased only flights. →
