I had no comments for the agency. One thing that does not depend on them, I went to Spain in June, then ate at them like the sea for this period. I was assured that it was warm, but when we arrived it was so cold that I had to buy jackets. But it does not depend on them, however, the weather conditions are beyond human control. There was no feedback from them after the application was submitted. There were no delays, everything was fine, the transfer was good. Excursions in Turkey were offered to us and we took advantage of one, got poisoned to sail on a yacht, we liked everything very much. →

I went on the tour "Blitz Vienna And Venice + Verona" and everything was fine for me. In the agency, they took a lesser look at everything and arranged everything smoothly. For the first time, everything was better with flights, they didn’t get stuck, it’s always comfortable to finish it. On all excursions, everything was good, but I think that in Budapest for two years - only a little sleep, but I think that wine is not required. →

Our flights were not postponed, there were only delays of up to 5 minutes, but this is not at all critical.
