We had a TUI operator and they positioned the hotel in 4 stars, inspecting it in the month of April. But this hotel is not more than 2 stars. Very, very dissatisfied. My boyfriend decided to celebrate his birthday in Bulgaria. We decided to use the services of coral travel, they made only one mistake - they chose ALF (ALPHA TOURIST OPERATOR) as their partner. We left on time, by bus from Kyiv, everything was fine for the first 15 minutes. Then it was impossible to be in the cabin, it was terribly cold. Before the trip, the tour operator did not check the condition of the bus on which tourists had to go abroad! The drivers stopped near Kyiv and repaired the stove for another hour, while we sat in the middle of a cold can and personally I no longer had any idea to have a good rest, because I already felt bad. →
