This trip was a gift. It was called "Awesome Weekend". And the trip disappointed with the organization, the leader of the group and the time that was allotted to the cities. Only the feeling of a divorce at the end of the trip remained. It all started with the fact that they did not warn that it was possible to carry across the border. Therefore, I had to throw away some of the food (the stop to eat was very long and everyone was hungry), and that part of the food that remained could not be eaten either. →

We booked a tour to Mallorca in a 5 star hotel, deluxe room. We arrived at the hotel and our room was not available. The hotel said that the booking was never confirmed. I had to live in some kind of bedbug, where everything was broken, the room was so small that they stepped over suitcases, and a cot was put for the child. And this is instead of LUX!!! We didn't get any money back. →

Departure on Friday, September 13 (scary), took place on time. Air carrier "Wind Rose". We arrived in Antalya on schedule at 12.15. At the TUI counter at the airport, on the voucher, they entered the bus number and indicated where to look for it. After 10 minutes of searching, with suitcases and bags, 36 degrees Celsius, we saw a guide with a tag of our bus number, who explained that the bus was delayed. →

The second time we took a bus tour from this company. It was called: "Weekend in Europe. 19. 09-22. 09. This year I persuaded my husband to go with us (he is 196 cm tall, does not like buses very much), so I was very worried that there was a normal bus. And in the end - in our tour had 6 buses. It's just some kind of Kapets. I have never seen such an attitude towards tourists. →

We booked a tour to Bodrum through a Kharkiv travel agency a month before departure, confirmation of the hotel reservation came a day later, it was possible to take normal train tickets to Kyiv, the tour was selected, among other things, for reasons of suitable departure and arrival times, linking to the train schedule. →
