I always take vouchers from this agency and am very satisfied. We have been flying with them for 4 years now. There is a girl Anya, very attentive, I always work only with her. We flew with UIA, then we had no transfers, only minor delays of 10-15 minutes due to passengers. On the spot at the hotel, we had to meet with the guide, all the tourists received sheets indicating the time and place of the meeting, and the guide simply did not come to the meeting. →
