TUI operator, AZUR.AIR air carrier (flight QU 4441 there, QU 4444 return, aircraft Boeing 767, from Boryspil airport). The plane took off at 16-10 with a delay of 1 hour 25 minutes, they brought us to the hotel at about 22 - we were late even for dinner. →

We chose this travel agency because we bought a tour to Turkey. The rest and the hotel were wonderful. When choosing the Sharming Inn hotel in Egypt, the manager said it was a budget 4 * and a hit sale. I advise travel agencies not to take to their base hotels that do not correspond to the status they assign themselves. It was not a vacation, but hard labor. →

Went the second time with Algol. A very good tour, but really tiring, I would have stretched it for 9 days, but for 7 days, as it is in the program, I certainly did not regret going. Chose a travel agency on the recommendation of friends, they flew to Greece, Egypt, Turkey and often travel to Europe from 5STARS. We liked the quick answer of the agent, we agreed on all the questions by phone, as we are from Rivne, we did not even go to their office in Lviv, all the documents came quickly to the post office. I was even happier that Maria was constantly in touch, and we were calm that we are remembered and worried *) We flew to Spain for the first time, to the Costa Brava and it was a little scary, because we do not speak foreign languages, especially Spanish, so we were very afraid that we could not give ourselves for there . →

Bought a package to Egypt. Everything is fine, but the host, Flash Tour, is just darkness. For 15 years of travel, this is the first time I have encountered such rudeness.
