The plane took off at 16-10 with a delay of 1 hour 25 minutes, they brought us to the hotel at about 22 - we were late even for dinner. →

When choosing the Sharming Inn hotel in Egypt, the manager said it was a budget 4 * and a hit sale. I advise travel agencies not to take to their base hotels that do not correspond to the status they assign themselves. It was not a vacation, but hard labor. →

Went the second time with Algol. A very good tour, but really tiring, I would have stretched it for 9 days, but for 7 days, as it is in the program, I certainly did not regret going. Chose a travel agency on the recommendation of friends, they flew to Greece, Egypt, Turkey and often travel to Europe from 5STARS. We liked the quick answer of the agent, we agreed on all the questions by phone, as we are from Rivne, we did not even go to their office in Lviv, all the documents came quickly to the post office. I was even happier that Maria was constantly in touch, and we were calm that we are remembered and worried *) We flew to Spain for the first time, to the Costa Brava and it was a little scary, because we do not speak foreign languages, especially Spanish, so we were very afraid that we could not give ourselves for there . →

Bought a package to Egypt. Everything is fine, but the host, Flash Tour, is just darkness. For 15 years of travel, this is the first time I have encountered such rudeness. Already on the transfer to the hotel - they came late, then give me a tip. The hotel guide is generally a frank boor. If you want to know about the time of departure - look for schedules at three receptions yourself. →

In Ukraine, everything was fine, the manager of TUI Ukraine told us that the hotel confirmed the reservation, we paid the full cost of the tour, about a week before departure received a full package of documents: tickets, insurance, travel vouchers, which indicated the hotel booked. →

I want to leave a review so that no one else spoils the holiday, because they did it to us! When we went to Bulgaria, from the very beginning, everything went wrong. . . Our seats, somehow not found in the bus, and it's 33-34 seats)))) And no one could understand how. We were put in more vacancies and the guide went to count the seats in the bus again)) nothing came of it, and I began to panic, because my husband was sitting in the back seats, and I was sitting in a place that in Chernivtsi had to release, because there we waiting for another passenger))))) The guide for some reason did not understand my concern and my desire to sit on chairs with folding backs next to her husband, reacted very strangely, I quote her: "Yes, you cry, for 24 hours without a husband yet no one died and if you have problems with the spine, then sit in my place, and I'm sitting on the steps ")))) True, and blows professionalism!))) About an hour after this torment, we were transplanted, although not ours hold on! And if I could know that a trip from Bulgaria with this tour operator would be even scarier! Promised notifications on Viber about the transfer from the hotel and did not receive. →
