I want to leave a review so that no one else spoils the holiday, because they did it to us! When we went to Bulgaria, from the very beginning, everything went wrong. . . Our seats, somehow not found in the bus, and it's 33-34 seats)))) And no one could understand how. We were put in more vacancies and the guide went to count the seats in the bus again)) nothing came of it, and I began to panic, because my husband was sitting in the back seats, and I was sitting in a place that in Chernivtsi had to release, because there we waiting for another passenger))))) The guide for some reason did not understand my concern and my desire to sit on chairs with folding backs next to her husband, reacted very strangely, I quote her: "Yes, you cry, for 24 hours without a husband yet no one died and if you have problems with the spine, then sit in my place, and I'm sitting on the steps ")))) True, and blows professionalism!))) About an hour after this torment, we were transplanted, although not ours hold on! And if I could know that a trip from Bulgaria with this tour operator would be even scarier! Promised notifications on Viber about the transfer from the hotel and did not receive. →

The travel agency is very cunning, everything is covered with them, the organization of transportation is simply disgusting, we traveled by bus, the escorts don’t know anything when we arrive, when we leave back, we have to worry all the time, get nervous, call, write to them, that’s not what I want to do in vacation. Further more, the travel agency does not warn you that there is an early check-out in guest houses, and they take you home late, for example, they check out at 8 in the morning, and the bus will pick up at 19. →

06/17 Children were booked a tour package for the wedding in Sharm el-Sheikh on 07/24. Payment 100%. We agreed on a convenient departure time at 14:20. The documents were received by e-mail on 22.07 after 20:00. The operator did not indicate to the children that the time had changed from daytime to nighttime at 2:20. As a buyer, they didn’t send me any documents at all. →
