We had all sorts of minor inconsistencies, which, however, did not affect the overall impression in any way. The tour program was fully implemented, optional (paid) excursions were not forced to go, the drivers helped with the suitcases and behaved very friendly, the hotels corresponded to the declared ones. →

This is an example of an agency, when for many years of trust (traveled since 2011 (8 years), brought more than a dozen friends) we were paid for by disrupting a pre-planned vacation (the agency simply used the money for early booking for its own needs, nothing was booked for us, and six months later, in the midst of season, the money was returned), leaving a family with a child without a planned vacation. →
