We bought a package tour in Rubi hotel 5 * (Alanya). As we found out upon arrival, the hotel is fundamentally different from the category declared on the Anekstura website. The rooms are critically neglected (mold, dampness and rust in the bathroom, the stink of the old carpet, lack of cleaning in general). When they asked a separate guide from Anekstur to assist in the resettlement, he said that he would not do anything until he was told about it from the central office (and we thought that a separate guide was supposed to help tourists in the hotel, and not wait for the Central Office from the office!). →

After a two-hour wait on the street for a representative of the tour operator, a boor appeared who yelled at everyone that 3 * were bought from you, although 4 * are indicated in black and white in the voucher. →

We went to Croatia on 28.06-06. 07 2019. We used the bus charter "Mist Tour". It was a nightmare trip! First, the bus broke down and it took 5 hours to repair, but this is a life situation. Disgusting trip, rudeness of drivers and attendants. Drivers took their relatives with them, placed them in the front seats, behaved inappropriately. In general, they organized the rest for themselves as best they could. I do not advise anyone and wish this company to close as soon as possible - this is a shame in the service sector. →
