We recently returned from the Meet Me Italy! tour, which we went with the Accord tour. And to say that we are not happy is to say nothing. When you go on such a tour, you imagine how calmly you will walk around the cities of Italy, buy souvenirs, eat at local cafes. But the tour was designed to run around the cities. On May 7, 2019, we booked the Journey to the Baltics tour for June 23 with departure from Kyiv. On the morning of June 20, it was listed in the guaranteed tours section, and the travel agent promised to send an information sheet, but at lunchtime we find out that this tour will not take place. Arrived in Egypt, we were met, taken away - everything is fine. Hotel Albatross Aqua Blu Resort 4 * on the 2nd line - great! We were given a family room because we had 3 children with us. →

This is not the first time we bought a tour to Turkey from the travel agency "Vekation". They always picked him up very quickly for us with convenient flights. June 18 with a group of children 18 people and 4 adults went on an excursion "Holy in three days" Unfortunately, "holy" was only one day. and so, in order ... We went as we were told for 7 days on a tour to the Carpathians "Among the mountains a small (hell) sea." Be careful 1 day is from 22:00 departure (Sunday). then 5 days of the program and a 7-day essentially all on the way home - you arrive on Sunday morning. But this is not the worst. What upset me the most was that the accompanying girl (Nastya) said at the meeting in the square that she had no place in the minibus and she would not go with us. →
