I fully paid for a ticket for two for August on early booking to Turkey (Ichmeler) with a flight from Lviv and a transfer from Ivano-Frankivsk-Lviv back in February 2019. In March, TPG said that the plane according to the conditions specified in the contract does not fly for days. We re-signed the contract for other dates with a surcharge. →

The first time we flew: the flight was delayed by 12 hours, we were sitting at the airport. The second time, they gave a second chance: flight delays are not so bad, and planes that are about to fall apart, and in order not to pay compensation for rescheduling the flight, they put everyone on the boardpass 23:59 And the flight was at 03:00 at night. →

It was the most lame vacation of my life. The hotel is some kind of barn, it doesn’t even pull on a star. We singled out nearby and three stars that looked better even from the outside. And inside ... In the bathroom, it turned out not just mold around the entire perimeter, but black mold already overgrown with moss (see photo). This problem was not solved in any way, for a day it was forbidden to use the bathroom, they rubbed it with some kind of soap, but the mold, of course, did not disappear in a day. →

Three attempts - three tours bought from Accord - ended with a refund. Bought well in advance, planning a vacation. Each time the tour did not go, although twice it even shone in the Guaranteed. The proposed replacements have always been inadequate, much worse + surcharge. Judging by the size of the surcharge, the managers of Accord simply sought to take advantage of the situation of people who had already planned a vacation. →

My husband and I went on the tour "Secrets of the Khust Castle", I bought the tour via the Internet at the Ethnotour agency in Kyiv, I chose it myself, looked according to the description. I did not communicate with the agency staff who could specifically tell something about the tour. Initially, I left a request on their website, after a while the manager Elena called me back, said that there were still places for this excursion, she offered me to send information about this trip by mail, which was no different from the one that was on the site. →

We were satisfied with the work of the agency, the quality of their work was good. Our tour operator was ANEX TOUR, Azur air company, we are flying with them for the second time, and, frankly, we are not very satisfied ... Last year, we were rescheduled three times, although we paid extra for the fact that the flight was early. This time we also paid extra for an early departure, in fact, the surcharge was gone, since we were at the hotel only in the evening. →
