Horror! They entered incorrect passport data in our documents; they deceived with the time of departure from the hotel, they took us away ahead of time, announced in writing to us in the inflist by means of an impudent night calling their representative with the requirement to go to the reception desk with suitcases within 10 minutes. Thus, they saved on the transfer, and they brought us to the airport 5 hours before departure, and even on the way there they stopped for 10 minutes so that tourists could buy sweets! Also, I had an insured event and it turned out that during the tour Anex sells insurance for one of the most unreliable Turkish insurance companies Vusso because it is the cheapest! From the hospital I had to get to the hotel / about 70 km. →

We bought the tour at the ANEX TOUR agency (ZHYTOMYRSKA metro station), we buy there all the time, so I can say that everything is fine. Our tour operator was TPG, the flight was delayed by 20 minutes, but this is nonsense. There were no problems with the transfer. I can safely rate the work of the agency for 10 points, I liked everything, when buying a tour, for the first time it happened that I was immediately offered to fill out migration cards, which was very convenient. →
