We bought the tour at the Grand Voyage agency in the center of Sumy. The third time we use the services of this agency, everything is always fast, everything is of high quality. This time everything was very good with the transfer, we took off at 4 am, arrived at 9 am. On the way back, there was also a convenient departure time. I can give the agency a 9 out of 10 because they were not fully aware of one thing, but it may not be their fault. →

This agency is a scam! Managers talk normally until you pay money for the tour. But they deliberately try to deceive people and this is not good. Ultimately, now my lawyers are handling this case and I will sue this company. I had a rest, but not in the quantity and quality that I was promised. They cut my tour short.
