At first, we were not told any reasons for the flight delay, until we began to resent, so we found out that their tractor had broken down, and they could not find another one. We went on tour March 8, 2019 From the POSITIVE: The manager kindly and in detail told all the nuances, really wanted us to have positive impressions, showed photos of the rooms, took into account all the wishes. We lived in Rosemary, very positive, caring, polite hosts. Delicious food, adjusted the time of breakfast and dinner for us. The rooms are quite spacious, it was cool, because on the 1st floor, but the owners immediately turned on the heating and brought a heater, it was not needed, but it was very nice to see such care. →

Initially, I wanted to contact CORAL Travel, but they did not have a terminal that accepts bank cards. And I had to find and apply to this agency. I called and asked everything, they gave me the address where to go. They were waiting for me at the office, even though it was Saturday, but we worked as long as necessary. The person did not go home until they finished dealing with me. →
