This is not the first time I fly with this agency, their price / quality, in principle, corresponds. Everyone told and prompted, everything is always on time. We had transfers of flights, but they warned us in advance, they called and spoke a day or two in advance. We were transferred simply from Bravo to SkyUp, and because of this, they changed the airport. →

The quality of the service was excellent. The flights were all good, no transfers. The transfer was also normal. We had only one excursion from the travel agency, we went to the "Paradise Island", as it was called. The excursion itself is basically normal, but because of the weather, it was impossible to swim. →

I really liked the travel agency, the girl explained everything about the tour, called back and told different moments. There were no transfers of flights, except that the flight in Boryspil was delayed by literally an hour. Great transfer, fast and convenient. The only caveat is that upon arrival at the place for 2 days they could not meet with a representative of the agency. →

Unfortunately, Coral Travel did not advise us about the trip and did not help us at all when choosing. Unless they reported that some of their tourists went to the chosen hotel, and, in principle, they liked it there. No other options were offered. And we were very saddened by such service. When we had already booked this tour and paid, after reading a lot of reviews on the hotel, we decided to change our minds. →

But all the same, we talked with the travel agent about the chosen hotel, they told everything very well. We were lucky that we didn’t have any special transfers of flights, except when we were already flying back, we postponed the flight for an hour, no luggage was lost. →

We took a tour from this travel agency. Everything was great, except for the issue with the transfer. For a long time they did not admit about boarding the return train, they had problems with this, although they said "Everything is fine." As a result, we left half a day late. They did not say anything about whether they did not have tickets, or they did, but there was no train for the return trip. →

The agency gave us a list of hotels, we looked at the location to the sea and chose more that we liked. We were immediately warned that it was 4k and maybe not very good, but we were delighted. Excursions were offered to us at the hotel. The hotel guide is smart, he told everything well. But during the excursion itself, my husband went alone, there was a strong storm and the guide, who was on the boat, did not want to return. →

The agency was all right, not great, but pretty good service. We just encountered an unpleasant situation when we were promised that in the morning we would fly to rest, and flew away in the evening. We lost a day of rest, because there was a late flight from Kyiv and an early flight from Sharm. →
