The guys organized our leisure time very well. After and during the trip, they asked how we were doing, if everything was fine with us. I really liked this, in the sense that they are very customer-oriented. There were no transfers, but it was a low-cost and, accordingly, all moments of the low-cost were present. We used several excursions and took them already on the spot from the hotel guide and the quality of the excursions was quite satisfactory. →

We bought the tour at APL Travel, in Kyiv, on Khreshchatyk. The quality of service at the agency suited us, the girls were great, they did a good job, they found the best price for us. There were no issues with the transfer, everything went well. →

The girls from Coral picked up a tour for us, completed all the documentation and helped solve the problem that we had with paying by card. When they turned to the agency, there was one price, while they got together, they came to the agency the next day - the price is already different, more by 50 dollars. We turned to other agencies to find out the prices there, and found out that in one of them the price of the tour was $30 less, which we told the agency we started working with. →

It was a very sad disappointment that they chose one date, but in the end we were sent tickets a day later. It turns out that we lost a day, which we paid for. We paid for 5 days and only used 4 days. It was the New Year holidays, and it was hard to get or change tickets from Lviv. One day was lost due to the carelessness of the operator. And when we were driving home, we ordered a transfer directly from there and we were not given a bus to the designated place. →
