Booked a tour to Bukovel. There were a couple of conditions that I asked for and for which I paid extra. 1. The room has one large bed and one small bed. 2. Ride in a compartment with 3 people in one. The office said we'll do everything, don't worry. Our family holiday in Kenya exceeded our high expectations. Our now beloved guide listened carefully to our desires for the trip and developed an itinerary that fully met these wishes. Join Up has a much better service than ANEX Tour, which are very fucked up. The only thing is that I ordered the Cyrene Island Hotel, and we were placed in the Cyrene Sharm Hotel. Of course, this is one owner, one beach and restaurants, but such a discrepancy was not entirely clear. And there was a flight delay of 8 hours, but the agency provided us with a comfortable waiting in an expensive hotel, with good food and there was a 2-hour walk around Soho Square, so to speak, they delayed the flight and immediately rehabilitated. →

The only thing I didn't like was the guide who met us upon arrival and offered tours. He is a terrible boor. Ahmed, if I'm not mistaken. THE MOST IMPORTANT Trash was the postponement of the departure flight home by the Join UP operator, as a result of which I had to pay extra for staying at the hotel ourselves, then wait for the bus and late in the evening, with children and luggage, go to another hotel near the airport (much worse, with a room full of mosquitoes ), where it is chaotic to settle in rooms (again, pulling luggage on my own (I left it in the storage room), so that at 2 o’clock in the morning again get on the bus (I took a taxi) and go to the airport, where sleepy and tired go through barbaric inspection by angry employees airport (they even check slippers, they don’t provide shoe covers) and get nervous while waiting for a flight, FOR A SECOND: not declared either on the airport board or at the departure gate (AS I FOUND OUT, JOIN UP REGULARLY OPTIMIZES IN SUCH A BARBARIAN WAY, , FLIGHTS TO 100% COMPLETE CHARTERS). →
