We contacted several travel agencies, but settled on Join Up. They were able to pick up an interesting tour for us. One of the employees rested at the Cyrene Island Hotel 4 * and advised us to choose it. An unpleasant surprise was a flight delay of 12 hours, most likely due to a travel agency. The transfer was also expected until it was full, then until the breakdown was repaired, and in general they waited about an hour until we were finally taken to the hotel. →

The only unpleasant moment was on the day of departure, when there was supposedly a transfer of the flight, but there was no transfer. We spent the whole day at the reception, as we were told that we should be taken to another hotel and taken from there to the plane. When I could not stand it anymore and called the agency, they said that they did not make any transfers. →

They explain this by saying that "it's more expensive for them to buy dollars," but what do customers have to do with it, why then do they not want to buy from customers at such rates? unclear. →

To begin with, we chose the tour a couple of days before departure. We came to the office, everything is OK, nice friendly girls, helped with the choice, advised the hotel. Chose Old Vic Resort Sharm. According to the photos and reviews, the hotel is just super. For the price, they couldn't have come up with a better one. And here we are, satisfied and set up for a great vacation, landing in Sharm. →
