Tatiana is a very nice manager, we chose a good hotel. I liked the service at the agency. The manager accompanied us before departure, and during the rest, and after arrival. There was a transfer of the flight from Zhulyany to Boryspil, but we were taken from one airport to another in an organized and free manner. On the way back, the flight was delayed for an hour, but we were warned and later taken from the hotel. →

On December 28, 2018, they wrote to us that the tour would not take place, it was a shock, plans were set up and we almost packed our bags, and we didn’t want to look for something new on New Year’s Eve, we were offered another tour. 01/04/19 our tour began in Europe, our goal was France - Paris, but on the way there was Dresden, back Prague. The curator of the group, Yuri, explained everything where to buy, where to change money, where to eat, etc. →

We bought a New Year's tour to Sharm, for the holidays prices increased by 200 dollars. Returning back, we were sent earlier by 16 hours. The day was stolen, they asked to be compensated upon arrival, the letter contained only regrets. Nobody compensated. We will no longer be using Join Up services. →
