Tatiana is a very nice manager, we chose a good hotel. I liked the service at the agency. The manager accompanied us before departure, and during the rest, and after arrival. There was a transfer of the flight from Zhulyany to Boryspil, but we were taken from one airport to another in an organized and free manner. On the way back, the flight was delayed for an hour, but we were warned and later taken from the hotel. →
