We chose a tour, paid for it, then, the day before our departure, the manager wrote to me that this hotel was closed, and we were offered three other hotels to choose from. Firstly, we paid for a five, but they offered us fours. Secondly, according to the rating, these hotels were much worse. Naturally, we began to demand a hotel equal to the one we paid for or its own, because it did not close, in fact, we found out. →
