The service from the agency was good. But the Join up tour operator is a different story, I didn’t like this company at all. Our departure time was at 00:10, since we are from Nikolaev, we had to buy in advance tickets to get from Nikolaev to Kyiv, the whole day is in Kyiv, in order to fly out in the evening. In the end, we are told that we are flying the very next day, and not at 00:10, but at 12:40. →

Schoolchildren from Rivne were traveling with us. Behaved very noisy (to put it mildly) and arrogantly. Faith did not react to this disgrace in any way. A blitz tour with night crossings is already hard to endure, and the behavior of children aggravated this situation even more. →

I have been using this tour operator for many years. Recently, they began to experience failures when checking into hotels in Turkey. I popol in a situation of refusal to move in the second time. Representatives of Anex are inactive in such cases and follow the lead of hotel administrations. I even called the Anex office in Turkey .... but they didn’t help there either, they didn’t defend the rights of their own dear tourists. →
