Deceivers. We got a ticket on 03/28/2018 to Tunisia on the island of Djerba ?? by early booking, paid everything as the tour operator demanded. Here, a month before the trip on 06/29/2018, we are told that there will be no tour, that TPG actually bought out the tour to Oasis Travel, and the money will not be returned to us until the Oasis returns the money to Tpg. →

It so happened that thanks to the non-professional services of the TERRA agency (see the "good" review of it on their page) on October 14 my family got on a tourist trip to Khortytsia with the Krugozir agency! I didn't want to go on vacation with this agency at all, because I consider them non-professionals at the stage of communication with clients - there are several employees in the office, and when you go to them and ask questions about a certain tour, EVERYONE starts telling !! - it is impossible to find out who to listen to and who to talk to. →

Try to go on a tourist trip with this "GREAT" company many times, but each time someone kept me from it - or did not fit the day or hour of departure, or did not arrange a tour program, but more often when visiting the agency no one was in the office, tel .calls immediately the head of TA said that she has the right to go out to dinner, that she can not constantly sit in the office… this time I decided to try again - a kind of "last chance"! His "GREAT" company did not pass, ruining my family's vacation! But, everything is fine… On October 14 we decided to go on a tour to Khortytsia, Zaporizhia. →

Vacation was a success! Thanks to the manager Anya for the selected tour to Egypt. Everything was done quickly and without problems. We were in Sharm at the Queen Sharm hotel. We lived in the second building, which we are very happy about. It is quiet and calm there, there are more Arabs than ours. Purely. To the sea 3-4 minutes. The worst organization of the tour in all respects: transfer (bus broke down, internal transfer in Abkhazia - without any guarantees that you will be taken somewhere at all); the work of a guide in Abkhazia is rudeness and unprofessionalism, an attempt to give tourists counterfeit alcohol to drink; no documents were issued when collecting the surcharge on the bus; the accompanying group refused to resolve any issues at all, saying that she did not work for this Tour Operator and decide everything with them yourself; did not issue any documents for a group tour and medical insurance. →
