The staff are wonderful. There are no complaints about them at all. Why 50/50? Because of the airline with which the travel agency works. We changed time a bunch of times. It's horrible. Because we flew from Kyiv, ourselves from the Dnieper. All leisure time is tied to work. Due to the change of time, I lost working days, which did not please my superiors very much. →

The people were immediately accommodating, they were polite and hospitable. Already re-applied. We used the services 2 times !!! And both are disgusting !!! We went with a child. CALLING THE COMPANY AND Clarifying IMMEDIATELY !!! What a child is traveling with us and what age the "cute" girls said that he can go with us without any problems without payment and without providing a seat. Let's go with us - a pretty decent travel agency, without too much pathos, but at the same time they know exactly how to do their job flawlessly. I had no problems either with the selection of the tour itself, or with the transfer directly to the hotel. The flight was delayed literally for 5-10 minutes and this did not affect the trip in any way. →

The travel agent did a great job for us. Everything was fine with the transfer, but there is a whole story with flights, they postponed the flight 3 or 4 times, and when we arrived at the airport, the flight was postponed again. We had to fly with AZUR air, but in the end we flew on a plane that we rented in Kharkov. →
