They need to work with the technical side of the service, as I waited long enough for them to be able to pick up a tour, and then make a payment. →

This time, without even going on a trip, the Accord left a very unpleasant aftertaste. How can one not know whether the tour will take place two weeks before the planned departure date? Our tour is dedicated to a certain date and it is important that this number is on the tour, and not a week before or after the trip. →

We were not told at all about the deposit account of the trip, we did not know that we need to use the entire amount due, otherwise the balance will not be returned to us.
