Very rarely there are overlays with the flight, but in most cases, the agency itself has nothing to do with the transfer of the departure time. The tour is always selected in a short time, but not at a minus quality. For all the time of cooperation, I have never encountered problems with flight or transfer delays. If we evaluate the ANEX TOUR agency separately from their guide, but the agency deserves 5, but the guide does not even deserve 1. If the guys served us quickly and efficiently, then the guide is absolutely negligent about his work. He did not respond to our requests in any way, we wanted to move to another hotel, he did not help at all. He said that these are only our problems, but everything suits him. →

ANEX TOUR is one of the most adequate travel agencies in Ukraine, let's say so. Yes, of course, there were some minor problems on the technical side at the time of the selection of the tour. But the staff really tried very hard to help and smooth out all the nuances as much as possible. In the end, they picked up a good tour, took into account my requirements and wishes regarding the hotel and departure time. →
