Closer to the start of the tour, you will receive a notification about 10 excursions (not necessarily to the countries you wanted to). They call this a guaranteed tour. Since most tourists have already planned a vacation, bought tickets (departure for the tour only from Lviv), they usually collect these 10 tours. →

We went on the tour "Fine Karpaty" 20-24.09.2018. In general, the tour was interesting, rich, wonderful nature, the hospitality of the locals, educational excursions of the local guide Miroslav. But all this was crossed out by moving from Kyiv to Yasin and back. The driver strayed from the road, drove us along a dirt road with huge pits, people were swayed, bags and pillows were flying around the cabin, it was a common thing to brake sharply after picking up speed. →

Chernihiv, tour agent OLGA, booked the hotel Turkey Alanya Disalia Palm Garen 5 * paid $ 1030, as a result they brought us to such a terrible hotel, you can’t just call it some kind of barn, 1 * star maximum and that disappeared, this barn is called where we were brought Ganita holiday Village, I cried for almost 2 days, this is the worst vacation in my life, dirty, terrible, repairs have never been done in the bathroom, fungus is everywhere, the toilet is dirty, the toilet lid, apparently, has never been washed, well, like the toilet, there is sand on the floor, the air conditioner is broken, there is an irzha in the refrigerator, there is no blanket in the room, the towel is changed only 3 times a week, the kitchen is a separate horror, flies fly everywhere, there is nothing terrible, fruits are only apples and pears, desserts are also a nightmare, Turkish pilaf was with the dead fly, no meat at all, no fish, only the sausage looks like it’s from toilet paper, the dishes are dirty, the glasses are dirty, there is gin and whiskey on the bar, it’s impossible to drink, the beds are broken, the staff is Redneck, the administrator I don’t even have words to say t something cultural, Please tell me Zabra or Olga for what dick did I pay money????????. →
