We bought a tour to Albania from 15.09 to 22.09. We were taken 2 days of rest due to the transfer. You may be surprised, but the transfer was essentially 10 hours one way, and even to another country (!!!). We flew to Montenegro instead of Albania. And we drove another 500 (!!!) km to the hotel. Moreover, through two countries. Now imagine our state, after 2 hours of flight, and then 9 hours in a row by car. →

Photos even those presented on this site do not correspond to reality !!!!! Knowing that the hotel does not correspond to 3 stars sends people to this squalor!. →

I tried to leave my review on the official website of the Accord Tour, but to no avail - only positive reviews get there. Mine wasn't. Family traveled to Hungary for 4 days. The tour program itself and all the guides .... everything was on the level and I liked it very much, but a disgusting hotel became a "fly in the ointment"! And disgusting food! In Budapest, we were placed in the GRIF hotel -3 stars . →

I already went with this tour operator in 2013, then everything was great, unfortunately this time it was a complete disappointment. The day before departure we replaced the hotel, which turned out to be excellent, departure was postponed 3 times, with the armor on the plane could not register online, as it turned out the tour operator did not bring us to the passenger base, had to fly to the remaining places. →

Very unprofessional work. Arranged a tour for another 7 Sept. , 2 weeks prior to departure with a departure date of 22 Sept. They convinced that the tour is guaranteed, the only question is the number of tourists and the size of the bus. 18 Sept. comes the cancellation of the tour and offer an alternative tour or a refund. We agree to an alternative. →

Terrible tour operator! At Tivat airport 30 min. were looking for a host for a transfer, barely found a Montenegrin without an identification plate, with a crumpled leaf in his hand, where 6 names of tourists who were supposed to be brought to Budva were printed. They settled in a completely different place (we bought a tour to Villa Vanja in Kyiv, but ended up in a hostel: the name that this is a villa is nowhere to be found, there is no reception, on the business card and WiFi there is a completely different name: Lazovic, there is no safe, the address is different ). →
