This year we flew to Turkey on a ticket from TUI. The tour turned out to be the cheapest in comparison with other tour operators, so they took a chance to take it. First, TUI staff should be more critical in selecting hotels for clients' vacations. Almost before the departure, our tour agency reports that the previously booked hotel is busy and will be looking for a replacement. Something went wrong with TPG in Turkey.
