The tour operator's service consisted of booking a hotel and warning about possible flight delays on the basis of the "you order - you risk" principle. What are we paying for then? Flights were rescheduled an abnormal number of times, causing us to lose about 24 hours of paid vacation. The tour operator reported the transfers at the wrong time. For example, a transfer from a hotel to Barcelona airport was announced at 01:15. →

We bought one tour, which we wanted for a very long time. Upon arrival, we were confronted with the fact that there were no places in the hotel and were taken to a completely different hotel, which turned out to be absolutely terrible. Nobody got in touch, they called and wrote to everyone. We went to the hotel that we booked by taxi, where the manager said that they had not been cooperating with Joint AP for several months and all Ukrainians were simply bred!!! The same thing was said in the hotel in which we were settled. →

The lies of the tour operator are disgusting ..... the lies of the hotel management are disgusting ... complete disrespect and disregard for the tourist ... were completely disappointed ... Icmeler and Marmaris and the hotel are incompatible concepts. It is impossible to cover all the shortcomings of the hotel with the beauty of this resort. →

We rested in Kirillovka in the boarding house "Madrid" in August. Rest were satisfied. Brought by bus straight to the boarding house. Settled quickly, fed immediately. The food is delicious, varied, large portions. It was possible for the child not to order a portion. Before leaving, they called, asked how the rest was and what would be the wishes, they informed the departure time and the bus number. →

Booked a holiday in Egypt for 1.5 months, chose the hotel yourself and asked the travel agent to advise a NORMAL tour operator to do without unpleasant surprises. Advised TPG, unfortunately. Reviews of that hour negative I did not come across on the net, or bad search. There was an early flight about 4 am and a late flight back about 18 years. That is, they planned to rest for 8 days. →
