This year we flew to Turkey on a ticket from TUI. The tour turned out to be the cheapest in comparison with other tour operators, so they took a chance to take it. First, TUI staff should be more critical in selecting hotels for clients' vacations. We got the Trua Hotel Beldibi 3 *, which in fact turned out to be a solid 1 *, and this is according to the reviews of most vacationers. →

Good afternoon everyone! Due to a canceled trip, my girlfriend and I were offered an alternative vacation Marmaris, Turkey. Tour operator -TPG. We got to Kyiv without incident. Almost before the departure, our tour agency reports that the previously booked hotel is busy and will be looking for a replacement. Something went wrong with TPG in Turkey. We waited and now they send us a new voucher on Viber, an alternative replacement, a 4-star hotel. →

We were very worried when buying a tour from them, after past mistakes with Malaysia. Tanzania, except for TPG, was not offered by anyone for the numbers we needed. When the first hotel was not confirmed (there were no places), we thought, well, again, on the same rake! But no, the vacation went without a hitch, the flight with Turkish Airlines, everything was on time and we were greeted like VIPs. →

The tour operator's service consisted of booking a hotel and warning about possible flight delays on the basis of the "you order - you risk" principle. What are we paying for then? Flights were rescheduled an abnormal number of times, causing us to lose about 24 hours of paid vacation. The tour operator reported the transfers at the wrong time. For example, a transfer from a hotel to Barcelona airport was announced at 01:15. →

We bought one tour, which we wanted for a very long time. Upon arrival, we were confronted with the fact that there were no places in the hotel and were taken to a completely different hotel, which turned out to be absolutely terrible. Nobody got in touch, they called and wrote to everyone. We went to the hotel that we booked by taxi, where the manager said that they had not been cooperating with Joint AP for several months and all Ukrainians were simply bred!!! The same thing was said in the hotel in which we were settled. →
