We chose this company because last year the details with it to Barcelona. Everything was great. In 2018, there were problems with the transfer of flights, the lack of accurate information from hotel guides on how much the transfer was and the replacement of the airline at the last moment (Sky Up was replaced by Bravo). If not for our travel agent, we would not have known the exact information about the departures. →

We learned about UTravel not by chance, we live nearby. My friend and I were monitoring who to fly to Paris with, we decided to stop by and talk to them. What a nice atmosphere! You come as if you are at home. They see you not just as a client, but as a guest, even a friend. Here they individually approach the selection of each tour. And the hotel, and excursions will pick up, and departure dates at will. →

My husband and I are elderly people and the main requirement was a comfortable stay. We requested a double room. We were assured that we had booked a two-room apartment. Plane from Kyiv at 3.55. Early in the morning we were brought to the hotel, in which there are only small double rooms with one bed. After much clarification with the tour operator, we were offered another hotel for a surcharge of 120 euros and a fine of 98 euros. →

We booked a tour with Travel Professional Group. It was worthy of the managerial appointment - to give enough time to the skin, to respect, to listen, to please, without haste to pick up the needs directly. Vidpovidi zmistovnі and zrozumili, іnformovanі enough. We were promptly assisted by the closing hotel, prepared the agreement and sent the documents by e-mail. →
