The hotel is very good, the sea, food and animation is beyond praise. But we were not lucky this year. We have never met such arrogant, rude attitude towards tourists. Excursions are stupid and expensive, the organization is terrible. We took an excursion to the canyon and the blue abyss costing 50 dollars per person. The tour route did not correspond to the declared one, they also demanded an additional payment of 10 dollars per person per type of mandatory wetsuits for the blue abyss, they didn’t answer the question why if the air temperature is 40, the water is 34 and everyone will swim in masks without diving, in the end we were not answered they just showed this abyss and said you can’t swim, although a lot of tourists from other sightseeing buses simply swam in masks. →

We chose this company because last year the details with it to Barcelona. Everything was great. In 2018, there were problems with the transfer of flights, the lack of accurate information from hotel guides on how much the transfer was and the replacement of the airline at the last moment (Sky Up was replaced by Bravo). My husband and I are elderly people and the main requirement was a comfortable stay. We requested a double room. We were assured that we had booked a two-room apartment. Plane from Kyiv at 3.55. Early in the morning we were brought to the hotel, in which there are only small double rooms with one bed. After much clarification with the tour operator, we were offered another hotel for a surcharge of 120 euros and a fine of 98 euros. →
