I chose the tour myself, Montenegro - Rafailovici hotel Bojana / 7 days 3 adults + 1 child 3 years old.

This is my first trip, the choice of travel agencies was huge, I proceeded from those that I saw most often, + a friend recommended this company.

I was contacted almost immediately after the request was made, offering various methods of registration remotely and in person. Arriving at the office st. Vasilkovskaya 32, I was provided with all the information I was interested in, and consulted on the documents. The employees themselves are very sociable and pleasant people).

Closer to the trip, they contacted me, reminding me of the departure time, and told me to contact me if necessary throughout the rest. Fortunately, we didn’t have a reason, the rest went smoothly. The only thing we didn't take into account is that check-out from the villa at 10:00 and transfer at 15:30, everything else was great.
